Basically I swearved to avoid an accident and became my own. Some jackass was pulled out half way into the intersection and just stopped; he was turning right on red. I swerve to miss, my tire comes off the wheel; I go careening out of control and narrowly avoid (by thirty feet and a drive way rofl) a pedestrian. And then come to a stop with a sattered rim and a broken steering column.

Now, I'm in absolute shock, unable to speak because, well, it was fucking scary. And I go over to the vets office and sit down on the steps; then, this little mexican lady, who I think is gonna see if I'm alright starts to jabber at me in her Mexicanese (I know it's Spanish), and the guy who works at the Goodyear is translating. Well, someone called the Police and EMS (The Policeman who'd seen it, and the lady is going 'NO I'M FINE' obviously in fear of her greencard's not being there...

Anyway, so, once that's all done with, she starts claiing I'd hit her again; to which the Policeman says, "Given that she's not hurt... I doubt it..."
